    About Ms. Martin Professionally: Ms. Martin is Of Counsel with Rogers & Brackin PLLC, where she focuses on divorce, child custody, child visitation, child support, child relocation, alimony, business valuations, adoption, termination of parental rights, establishing paternity, prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements. Ms. Martin also serves as a Rule 31 Family Law Mediator where she assists couples in resolving family law disputes, both divorce and post-divorce.

    About Ms. Martin's Outside Work: Ms. Martin was an avid runner and completed dozens of marathons, ultra marathons, and triathlons. After suffering an injury, she began Pilates daily, which is her new passion. She has been a St. Jude Hero since 2007, raising money for the children of St. Jude during her training for the annual St. Jude Marathon. She served on the Board of Directors for the Memphis Child Advocacy Center for nine years. She adores her two daughters, both of whom were adopted at birth, and enjoys traveling the world and seeking adventures.

    Education:
    Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and Psychology) from the University of Alabama in 1995. Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1999.
    Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 "Family Law Mediator" approval in 2001.
